Description

This posting is not following my current story/ dream arc in my Equestria dreamscape. Instead it is the result of one of my watchers making a comment once and the fallout that occurred as a result of that comment. When I posted the sketches related to Petina's magic lessons on FA originally one my watcher there commented that suddenly they imagined her in a Catholic Schoolgirls uniform.

Now since Petina is product of my subconscious, and knows it, she sees nothing wrong with figuratively sitting on my shoulder and reading my posts and all the comments I receive from you folks. Unlike any of my other characters she gets the raw data stream. When she saw that comment she started giggling and rubbing her hands/ hooves together. Her only comment was. "I'll get right on it." Well here is the final result.

Now just like when she went to AJ to help with the Zap Apples harvest [link] the ponies of Ponyville were not quite certain what to make of Petina's little outfit. Especially since clothing is very optional thing under most circumstances. They knew Petina was wearing what appeared to be a uniform of some type, but they were very unsure about what it represented. Twilight, who now has had a fair bit exposure to Petina immediately had her suspicions.

This is part of the reason I'm a little wary when it comes to commenting on these, what I say might alter the course of the story. Now, commenting on the older pieces like this one should be fairly unproblematic, tough its al ittle weird to realize this.

At the same time, this probably holds true to all ongoing stories to some degree. Even if one isn't outright dreaming it, I can say from experience that you don't always has as strong a grasp on your own story as people like to imagine. For a lot of it, the characters just plain decides to do stuff while you write it down.
