Move to the Music! by Baron-Engel Move to the Music! by Baron-Engel
I will probably not get the next Equestria dreamscape posting up today, so I decided to start introducing my watchers to some of the characters that populate my sleep.

This is Move to the Music! They are an all female mouse band from my Angel and Knight Prime and A&K-2 dreamscapes. They may be in A&K-1 but if so they have not shown up on screen or been mentioned by anyone in those dreams.

The band released there first album in 2000. This is cover art for their debut album. Since mice are generally only about 8.25" tall it is almost impossible for them to play traditional musical instruments. Fortunately for their size most mice possess amazing lung capacity and have voices that generally much deeper than one might expect for such wee folk.

Just like bigums, a term mice and rats use to describe every other species, mice and rats have their own history and tradition of music. Until recently though their influence on the large music scene has been limited to songwriting and singing. Mouse and rat live performances have generally been limited to other wee folk or if performed for a larger bigum audience they have required bigums to play the larger instruments. Also until the mid point of the 20th century it has been very hard for bigums to easily enjoy mouse and rat performances live. Due to the radical differences in size between species.

What made Move to the Music! so amazing when they burst on to the scene was that they were the first all mouse act that combined and used for the first time the latest in electronic and computer technology to create their music. Along breakthroughs in video technology they have been able to reach out to a larger music market. I'll post more about how they actual make their music in future postings.

She has none. In my Andur and A&K dreamscapes individual scalp hair patterns fall into four categories. The hair is divided into two regions crown and mane. The hair regions are different from the body fur regions because in those regions where this hair the individual also has sweat glands.

In the Move to the Music performers we see three of the four possible combinations. Isabella, the white one, has no scalp hair but fur. Brandy, the grey one on the right, has crown only. Melody and Janet have both crown and mane.

FYI. Mane only appears to be the rarest of the four combinations. A few years ago one my friends did a basic breakdown of categories and posted his results on FA. Here is a link if your interested [link]

Well, this now answers the question I was grappling to understand earlier. So mice from where Petina is from are normally this small. I also ent back and looked through your gallery... I couldn't find what it was I thought I had seen to make me think Petina and Rosemary were the same height. So my apologies for the thickheadedness. I have no idea where I got my earlier preconception from. ^^;

But on a more related note, this actually sounds really interesting. Mice and rat's having a "difficult time" being a band would seem like an understatement. Especially if they're as popular as Move to the Music! sound to be. I'd hate to imagine run ins with the Paparazzi and wild fans.

I'm assuming you might be a "bigum" in this dreamscape. So I'm going to go out on a limb and ask: Does having a mouse as a roommate get awkward at times? Assuming things like this happen often? [link]

Actually I am both a 5'2" tall raccoon and a 8.5" mouse so I get from both ends of the spectrum.

Wow, that must be rough. Considering your subconscious likes to throw you curve balls. Go to sleep one time, you're a Raccoon. Go to sleep another time, and you can't even reach your doorknob.

Unless you have separate houses in each "persona", of course. Have you ever had a dream where the two people you are have met?
