This was an experiment I did to test whether my color pencil technique will work on color paper. In this case black. The answer is yes, sort of, maybe, depends. Yes I can do it and get some interesting effects but it will not answer some of problems I was hoping to address. Still I can see a use for this combination in the future.
One thing I did discover is that you have to be more careful applying the UV resistant clear coat when you are done. If you are not careful it can create dark spots on the image. But that is why this is study. You learn things and go on.
