Say, why "safe house"?
We call it that because it is a residence that all of us from Andur/ modern world can use as temporary housing when we are traveling between the 21st century and the 14th century. More important to all of us who are employees of Avalon Limited Holdings, the front company Petina set up for our cover, is that this house has a portal that connects directly to Andur. The portal from Andur direction ends up in the doorway of the safe house leading from the garage to the laundry room. The other direction brings you out in the basement of an inn located within Andur city walls. We have purchased that property to so we have secured both ends.
It is possible to access the safe house from Equestria but I am uncertain of how that works specifically since I do not have to start in the safe house to get to Celestia's realm. However if I want to get from the safe house to Ponyville or back again I have go to sleep then I wake in either a bed in the safe house or in Petina and I's bed in the cottage.

My subconscious breaks the two into different dreamscapes because I had my first Andur dream in 1995, however I did not start having A&K dreams until late 1999. Also I almost never appear in A&K dreams I am just the phantom camera crew following the characters. Finally when I am having specific A&K dreams, whether Prime, or alternate 1,or 2, they almost always have effectively opening credits with music and an image montage. Often at the end of a dream there will be effectively closing credits and theme. Several of my friends say this is the result of watching too much anime since the music has all been from anime series.
