With the Lord of Shadows finally annihilated in my Equestria dreamscape [link] and all the ponies freed from his now destroyed realm. I now had to deal with my new form as a pegasi [link] I this presented me with a few personal problems. How would the ponies who had watched my transformation from a unicorn to a pegasi before their own eyes accept me? Could I actually fly? What do Petina and I do for a living? That last question was of the least of my concerns since Petina already had a couple money making schemes in the works. Flying we'd deal with later if turned out to be a problem. What I did not know was how Twilight and the crew would accept me.
Celestia and Luna had no problem especially since Celestia was the one who had assisted me in getting this new form. After a quick look under the hood Petina said she had no problem with me as a pegasi stallion. Of the Ponyville crew Twilight seemed to accept my new form with no trepidation but that was probably as much due to Celestia's being involved with it as anything. Applejack was a bit wary but since the Princesses had aided in it and Twilight approved she was okay with it. Rarity thought the new colors and cutie mark looked much better than the charcoal grey and blank flank. Applebloom just went along with big sister acceptance.
Rainbow Dash was the one who suffered from a severe case of mental disconnect and expressed it in her usually sensitive, diplomatic, tactful way. Which is to say not very well.
honestly... i've never seen any of the episodes... but after all the fanfics and fan comics and stuff i have seen on here... it kinda makes me want to see why so many people like the show...
I won't state my reasons for having started to like the show (since my words could be easily misinterpreted), but I can tell you that a lot of the fanworks aren't a very good representation of what the show is about. The best way to see if it fits your tastes is to watch it, but DON'T do it just to shut the bronies up. It's important to wait until you feel like it; otherwise, it could be painful.
If you're all about the backstory, the first two episodes are the best choice, but if you've already generalized half or most of the fandom as a bunch of obssesive, hateful maniacs, I recommend "The Ticket Master" (episode 3) first. Like Baron said, that's great for calming down if you're upset.
at least she called you cool lol
